Booking terms and conditions

The rental amount is to be paid in full (100%) no later than 12 days after receiving confirmation of the accommodation. If the amount is not paid on time, the reservation will be cancelled.

By booking the accommodation, consent is given to receive an SMS approximately 5 days before arrival with a link to MitSkallerup, your guide before and during your accommodation, where you can find phone numbers and access to our activity booking, etc.

Electricity and heating consumption, as well as environmental fees, are settled upon departure.

Without cancellation protection

• If cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival, a fee of DKK 300 per holiday house will be charged
• If cancellation occurs between 30 and 2 days before arrival, 50% of the rental amount will be charged
• If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before arrival, the full rental price will be charged

With cancellation protection

• If cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival, a fee of DKK 300 per holiday house will be charged
• Cancellation protection amounts to 5% of the rental amount and must be ordered at the time of booking
• It is not possible to purchase cancellation protection subsequently
• In case of cancellation due to acute illness, accidents, or death affecting the tenant or their closest relatives, the full amount will be refunded, with the exception of the cancellation fee, upon presentation of a medical certificate

If the rental is prevented due to force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, acts of war, riots, epidemics, pandemics, or similar), Skallerup Seaside Resort is not liable for interrupted or uncompleted accommodations.
