Loyalty guest scheme
If you’re one of our faithful guests who book directly with us every time, you have the chance to be registered as a loyalty guest and get a loyalty guest Card.
The criterion for becoming a loyalty guest is that the same household has booked and paid for at least 5 stays during the past 7 years.
Benefits for loyalty guests:
- 10% discount on stays during yellow and green price periods
- 20% discount on stays during blue price periods
- 15% discounts on drinks in the restaurant and the café
- 10% discount on bowling and shoe rental
- 15% discount on treatments at Romulus from Monday-Friday (not applicable on bank holidays)
- 15% discount on products from Kerstin Florian in Romulus
- 30% discount on Black Light Minigolf
- 25% discount on hire of cycles, barbecues, prams and handcarts from SPAR
- 20% discount on 30 min. hand-led pony rides at the Equestrian Centre
- 10-20% discount on selected attractions
- Mail with special offers for regular guests
Please remember to bring and present your loyalty guest card to redeem the benefits in the respective departments.
The loyalty guest card will automatically be renewed if you continue to fulfil the criteria.
Your loyalty guest card will be renewed automatically at the turn of the year, provided you continue to meet our loyalty guest criteria.
