Rental Terms and Conditions

Following the latest guidelines for refunding electricity charges, we are forced to change the settlement method for electricity, heat and environmental consumption in our holiday homes.

In order to meet the changed guidelines, we will per January 1st 2024 change to a daily price for consumption per started day in our holiday homes. The daily price includes electricity, water, heat and environment. There will continue to be a separate settlement for electricity for electric cars at the houses where charging is possible.

The prices will be determined on the basis of an average consumption divided by the individual types of holiday homes as well as winter prices and summer prices.

Electricity prices for charging cars will be settled based on a kW price, which is adjusted in line with electricity prices.

For all accommodations, check-in is from 3 PM and check-out is no later than 10 AM.

Throughout the day on both the day of arrival and departure, there is free access to the water park and play center.

It is not possible to book a specific house number. You book a type of accommodation. Groups are placed together as much as possible.

The house number is provided upon arrival.

Final cleaning is included in all accommodations.

The holiday house must be left in a tidy condition. This includes washing dishes, cleaning the oven, refrigerator, and wood stove, as well as emptying the trash before departure.

The windows of the holiday houses are cleaned regularly. Due to the location of the holiday center close to the North Sea, sea fog, wind, and sand can quickly leave their mark on the windows.

As a result, windows, doors, and patio furniture may appear dirty. The holiday house is equipped with a water hose, brush, and scraper, which can be used if further window cleaning is desired.

In addition, it is possible to order window cleaning so that the windows are cleaned externally on the day of arrival.
