Cancellation protection

In case of cancellation more than 30 days before arrival, a fee of 5% of the rental amount will be charged.

Without cancellation protection

• In case of cancellation between 30 and 2 days before arrival, a fee of 50% of the rental amount will be charged.
• In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival, 100% of the rental amount will be charged.

With cancellation protection

• Cancellation protection amounts to 5% of the rental price and must be purchased at the time of booking. It is not possible to add cancellation protection at a later date.
• Cancellation protection covers cases of acute illness, accident, or death affecting the tenant or their immediate family. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded, with the exception of the cancellation protection fee, upon presentation of a medical certificate.
